hi iam susre about my email and password for my account but i cant log in to webroot pass managemen

And click on "Can't log in?" 
 "If you forgot your password or security code, click the Can't log in? link, then click I forgot my password or I forgot my security code. SecureAnywhere prompts you to enter your email address and sends you an email message containing a link for resetting your password or security code." 
 
Or you may also Submit a Support Ticket and they will fix it for you that way.
