Still showing I have threats after scanning
My webroot program have been showing me that I have threats, and after I scan, it still shows that I have threats. Are my scans even cleaning or removing threats from my computer? It doesn't seem as the program is working properly?

After the scan completes and the window appears that says "Scan Result:..." it should indicate "No Threats Found." If it does indicate that there were threats found every time a scan completes, then we would need to investigate your Logs to figure out the issue.
The "Threats Removed" field is a combination of the most recent scan as well as prior scans and that may be causing some confusion. . Please run a scan and let me know if it is indicating that there are still threats being found or if it says No Threats found.

+56Can you please contact support via Submit a Support Ticket and they can take a look to see if it is cleaning the infections and they will be able to tell you for sure!
