Hi all,
My fiancee got a new phone a couple of weeks back, N820 from ebay. in the last week it has began to download porn apps and when I have installed the webroot antivirus for android on to the phone it says its found 10 threats, quarenteened 2 of these threat but unable to remove or do anything with the rest. We have tried reseting the phone mulitple times but to no avail. I am wondering if someone could give us a hand?

In this circumstances I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket so that the SupportTeam can take a look at this/see if they can resolve the issue for you.
