WSA Mobile won't scan for viruses after recent WSA update

Smartphone Nokia 3.1 TA-1049 DS 2/16 Android 9 ("Android ONE" version).
Tablet Asus Zenpad 8.0 P00A(Z380M) Android 7.
After recent WSA Mobile Complete update neither device will SCAN for viruses when VPN is connected, error code 1011. Never had this problem before recent WSA Mobile update 5.5.4.36995.
VPN service is "Private Internet Access" with current subscription purchased before introduction of Webroot's VPN product.
The recent update also caused both devices to experience the high battery drain issue described elsewhere here in another topic thread and in the Google Play Store customer reviews.

Sorry to hear that you are having these issues.

I would advise that you Submit a Support Ticket and see if they can correct this scanning issue, As there are other problems with this updated Webroot Mobile Version. This is a Free service with your Webroot subscription.
