wondering which is better suited.

i have both lookout antivirus paid edition and webroot secure anywhere for pc's and phone's
and i was wondering can webroot do the same thing as lookout?
 
i noticed they have similar features, but lookout will take a picture after 3 wrong attempts to unlock your phone, does webroot do the same thing?
 
that feature is very important to me.

While that feature doesn't currently exist in WSA, it sounds like a great idea.  I'd encourage you to post it in the Ideas Exchange, so we can track popularity of the request.
