Why don't erase dvd/cd work
I can't seem to get erase dvd/cd to work on windows 7. Can someone please help?

Are you a WSA user if so turn it off to see if WSA is the issue and please let us know! Just Right Click on the WSA Icon by the Clock and Click on Shut down Protection!
