I noticed that when I go to the net that a padlock is on webroot icon. I had words with Norton today

Norton tried to bill me for a subscription I no longer have. After letting them know that I have Webroot for the last several months
and demanded a refund I find that the padlock is missing from my Icon on the task bar. I noticed that when I go to the net the padlock apears now it dosen't

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
     Check here to make sure your Browsers are under protect: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6c_ManagingProtecte... and if they are then try a clean reinstall of WSA!
     
    Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
    • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot once again
