Okay can you save a Threat Log and post the lines in the log here? https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#UsingReportsAndViewers/SavingThreatLogs.htm%3FTocPath%3DUsing%2520Reports%2520and%2520Viewers%7C_____2

Hello @steven magie

Have you tried using another browser like Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge to contact support? Also when you say Chrome Crashes with a simultaneous Webroot threat is it within the Chrome Browser and maybe a page block? Have you done a default deep scan? https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#ScanningForMalware/RunningScans.htm%3FTocPath%3DScanning%2520for%2520Malware%7C_____1

Any other info would be helpful.

Thanks,

Yes, Geek Squad technical support did a deep scan.  Could these virus detected messages saying that Webroot cannot remove them automatically, be false positives?

I am contacting you now on Microsoft Edge since Chrome crashed or is frozen.

Webroot Technician did a scan this morning and everything seemed to be in order until I clicked on a Chrome icon in my task bar.  When I did, the Webroot Treat Detection box came up and also the Chromium blue circle when had been removed minutes before.
