I keep getting pop up ads after an advertisement was clicked by accident. I believe my computer is infected with adware, but the scan is coming back negative. How can I find the offending malware and remove it?

Hello @ginawquirk

In most cases it’s within the Browser and all you have to do is Google search on how to reset the Browser that was affected and use a good Ad Blocker like uBlock Origin. Here for Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-CA/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/?src=search and there one for Chrome and the new Microsoft Edge!

If all fails then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you sort it out.

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue and support can take up to 48 hours to reply.

Thanks,
