I am trying to view the following link https://community.webroot.com/business-product-releases-26/webroot-console-6-0-and-webroot-security-awareness-training-347158 and I am getting the following error:

You are not authorized to view this page.

Here is what I have done when using MS Edge browser and other browsers using windows 10 pro:

1. Clear the cookies and history
2. Check if the browsers are all up to date.

Any suggestion how to get this to work?
