Icon There is an icon on the task portion of my computer which looks like 2 squares, one black another which partly superimpose the black square is see through whitish that wnen cliked opens to Webroot. Why?

There is an icon in my task bar that looks like 2 squares, one black, the other see through whitish superimposing the black that opens to Webroot when clicked and I cant delete or remove from task bar, why?

@Julieta Matay  - Can you please attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing? On windows there is the built in “snipping tool” that can be used to take screenshots. On Mac, you click command + shift + 4  and then click and drag a square to create a screenshot (which saves automatically to desktop).
