I know that version 9.0.27.49 is on a gradual roll-out, but only 2/100 endpoints have received the upgrade. Both happen to be the only workstations still running Windows XP. (yeah, yeah, I know… XP is not supported)
Has this roll-out been paused due to an issue?

v9.0.27.49 is being held back as it’s causing issues for some so the current release is v9.0.26.61 and we Beta testers are testing v9.0.27.55 and so far so good but there is no timeline for it’s release.

Forgive me but my understanding is that v9.0.27.49 was released back in November. So at that time it was “supposed” to be fully tested yet here we are 3 months later and we are just getting around to testing v9.0.27.49 ?

Apparently v9.0.27.64 has been released to Consumers but I don’t know when the rollout will commence?
Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time.
