Endpoint Protection - unnecessary URLs blocking

Hi Everyone
 
Here in Poland we have a major problem with Webroot's URLs blocking in Endpoint Protection product.
 
We had many cases of harmless URLs that were blocked at one endpoint but not at the other (the same exact moment / the same console / the same policy / the same parameters). It is very confusing for our customers and It's difficult to explain such behavior.
 
I wonder if other countries with smaller number of WR users encountered this problem also.
Please let me know (with country included) if such strange behavior is familiar to you guys.
