The Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit was updated by Microsoft recently. While several new features were added, users are reporting a bug involving IE 11.

 
"Yet in various forums and message boards, users have reported that EMET 5.2 includes a major bug involving Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1. Users are reporting that the EMET update causes IE 11 to become unstable and crash when attempting to navigate to a website."

I'm sorry but Microsoft should stay with what they do best and leave Computer Security to the one that know's how to protect them IMO also I never use EMET. Same with all others like Apple.
