The Meltdown and Spectre bugs have generated a lot of media attention, and users have been urged to update their machines with fixes made available by various vendors.
 
While some patches have created more issues than they fixed, we came across a particular one targeted at German users that actually is malware. In fact, German authorities recently warned about phishing emails trying to take advantage of those infamous bugs.

Very strange...I mentioned the other day that I couln't give kudos.  It is happening again.
 
But, a few minutes ago, I was able to give @  kudos here - https://community.webroot.com/t5/PC-Beta/WSA-PC-Beta-update-thread-9-0-19-36/gpm-p/311385#M4205
 
It appears that maybe, I need to be subscribed, like I am for the beta testing. But, that doesn't make sense to me.  Maybe, there is a filter in my Opera browser, that is (now) somehow preventing me from giving 'kudos' in certain areas of the Webroot Community.  ....Weird! ;)

Well, I just blew my previous speculation 'out of the water', because I have logged into community with Vivaldi browser, and this time I was able to give kudos to the OP of the topic.  
 
So, I am logged into the community with both, Opera and Vivaldi browsers at this moment. 🙂
