I joined the community today to see if I could get a better understanding of what I'm doing with my computer's security and to find out why everyday Webroot sends me an alert to send the error log to Webroot. When I try to send the error log I get a message that the effort failed and to try again. It always fails so now I just cancel it. What's going on?
I have the Webroot Antivirus with spy sweeper product. I also have AVG anti virus free edition running as well. Do I need both?

Please contact the WSA support inbox Submit a Support Ticket and they will be happy to get you upgraded to the new WSA and I'm sure that you will be very happy with it!
