how do I put this webroot on the kindle fire?

You just downloadit, using your device, from the appropriate app store; there is a freeware & premium version (It is free for customers with SecureAnywhere Complete licenses, you just have to download the Complete app and enter the keycode) but I think that you need to read this Knowledge Base article on WSA & the Kindle Fire, beofre proceeding.
 
EDIT: I just searched Google Play for "webroot secureweb app" and that gives you all the options available.
