As the calendar year comes to a close, we're happy to report the latest accolade for the company: an A+ grade with the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

We're particularly proud of this one because it shows our commitment to our customers and we now have the highest grade among security solution providers.

In fact, I can't say it better than our Chief eXellence Officer, Kenton:
"We are honored to be recognized by the Better Business Bureau," said Kenton Sieckman, chief excellence officer at Webroot. "Our support teams work hard to ensure the best experience for our customers. We plan to continue improving our service, adhering to the BBB Standards of Trust - the highest set of ethical guidelines for most business."

It's indeed no surprise as Webroot's customer-centric focus is second to none.Congrats to the entire Webroot team on this rating.I can now refer to this rating when coaxing coworkers and friends to switch to Webroot.A pharmacist i know has both a laptop and a pc loaded with Mcafee as it came preinstalled, and he informed me both machines have serious issues,1 a bit more than the other. After conferring with him,it sounds like some real nasty infections. As in the week ahead i will be quite busy,i told him to contact geek squad and have them look at them,as well as chuck  his current solution in favor of WSA.After speaking with geek squad over the phone, they are highly recommending Webroot to him.Really happy to see that.So tomorrow he will be dropping off his machines at BB for possible malware removal and installation of WSA.I am anxious to see his reaction when he gets his machines back,as i know he will LOVE WSA.It's not hard to sell someone on Webroot at all anymore, especially when their solution fails them miserably in every facet from customer service to performance. It really is great to be a part of the Webroot family and not have the problems the people whom i know are having.Let me take this opportunity to thank Webroot again for being such a class act in every respect:D
