How do I stop MacAfee antivirus from turning off windows firewall?
Hi, i've just installed webroot anywhere essentials 2012 on my acer laptop. The acer came with MACAFEE installed. Since I didn't renew with Macafee, how can I remove it from my pc. It has also got sole control over my firewall, which it has switched off.

If you cannot uninstall McAfee from the Control Panel/AddRemove then there is this Software Removal Tool located here.
After removing McAffee see if you can enable Windows Firewall.
