Unable to use proxy settings flag?

Help! Now i don’t just get the flag “ Need full disc access” Now i get under that message “Unable to use proxy settings” what next Webroot? What a mess! I hope you all realize your losing customers because of your not keeping up with apple changes. How sad thought you were a good company please prove it!
