Files are not downloading ever since I have downloaded webroot. It gives me an error saying “Virus scanning failed”.
Please assist.

I’d recommend running a full uninstall/reinstall of Webroot. Please save your subscription keycode before doing this!
If that doesn’t work, please reach out to our SUPPORT TEAM for assistance.
