Adding additional PCs to console.

I am having trouble seeing additional PCs in my console.  Two show up, but two others don't.  Does anyone have some ideas?

    May I ask what Computers are not showing up? Do you have an IOS or apple device? Would you be able to provide more information? And heres the User Guide   You may want to look at this KB article
     
    I also might add you can issue a Support Ticket free of charge and they will galdly look into this as well.
