Description
A Critical Patch Update is a collection of patches for multiple security vulnerabilities. The Critical Patch Update for Java SE also includes non-security fixes. Critical Patch Updates are cumulative and each advisory describes only the security fixes added since the previous Critical Patch Update and Security Alert. Thus, prior Critical Patch Update and Security Alert advisories should be reviewed for information regarding earlier accumulated security fixes. Please refer to: Full Article

Also here to download the new version Java SE 7u9

Thanks for posting.Forgot today was the 16th and the date of the new release.
My typical install routine for java is to uninstall the old version via add/remove
I then run javara available here:    Javara run it as administrator and and select remove jre. After it is done that i close it.
I then run the registry cleaning function of ccleaner available here and remove only the things related to java
I then clear my temporary internet files then reboot.
Then i download from the link TH provided..deselecting the ask toolbar..and after install is finished i reboot for good measure.
