The Templates tab

  • Allows the selection of the report templates that will be created for each site
  • Contains more information on the report templates available
  • Provides an easy way for users to access and customize the excel template used by a report

Note: If a report type is selected for a site that is not using that product, that report will not be generated and sent to the site.

 

To select a report template to be sent to customers

Under the Report Name column, check the box for the report templates to send to customers

 

To find more information on a report template

Under the Report Name column, click a report name to display detailed information about what information that report template will contain.

 

To access and customize the excel template for a report template

  1. Under the Report Name column, click a report name to highlight it.
  2. Click the Open template folder button at the top of the page to open the folder that contains the excel template file.
  3. Make changes, then save the updated file to the same location, without modifying the file name.
