Coffee (a geeks best friend) is good for you
As if we needed any more reason to drink this magical elixir, an article appearing in many web portals describes the additional health benefits of consuming lots of java may extend not only your marathon gaming sessions, but also your life (as in your Real Life).
Good information walcon. Maybe that's what's keeping me going? lol
23 years in the Navy drinking approx. 7 to10 mugs of coffee a day. ( 1 mug is equal to about 2 cups ).
Then 16 years over the road truck driving, drinking coffee all day for the long hauls.
Being retired now, I'm only drinking 3 to 4 cups a day.
As you can see, I love my coffee! 😃
