Firefox Monitor

Hi there @rbarrow.

First of all Firefox is my default browser for the last 5 years..but I do use others. I noticed this Firefox Monitor page pop open after one of Firefox's updated versions awhile ago. I do not believe it is active by default. I personally have not heard of "Nobody uses Firefox anymore." But it may well be factual and that I could not tell you.

Firefox Monitor is a free service provided by Mozilla, which is the same company that created the Firefox browser.

"Firefox Monitor is our way of helping you fight to keep your data safe. ... Firefox Monitor checks your email address against known data breaches and can alert you if your email has been tied to a breach in the future. This free service can be used in any browser.Sep 25, 2018"

Thanks for the reply and 'splaining. My comment about nobody using Firefox was more to illustrate attitudes than anything close to reality. Firefox and I have been together since 2008 when I started work at Virginia Tech, where everybody was using it.

All my weeks are good, thank you. I'm retired. So, you have a good week, too.

Sherry, I just commented on a post that JTR made nearly two weeks ago about Cafe Press. I'm sticking with Firefox, especially since Firefox Monitor warned me about the Cafe Press data breach before Cafe Press itself did.

I had forgotten all about Firefox Monitor, just checked and I am already covered with it,

I forgot that Firefox Monitor works on all browsers. 🤗
