Good morning Webrooters! Going to be hot here in Virginia for the next 7 days, in the upper 90’s and heat index 115°F. No rain.

Dang that’s really hot even for Virginia!

It’s going to rain here everyday for the foreseeable future, but I’m off on a cruise next week so I get to avoid most of it :)

Hot here for the UK and supposed to be a decent week atleast.

Heat warning continued heat warning for:
   Pickering - Oshawa - Southern Durham Region, Ont. (043230)

Current details:
A prolonged heat event continues today with dangerously hot and humid conditions expected. Temperatures Friday should be several degrees cooler.

Highs today are expected to be 29 to 34 degrees Celsius with humidex values of 38 to 43. There will be little relief through the overnight as lows are expected to be 18 to 22 degrees Celsius with humidex values of 26 to 30. Temperatures and humidex values may be several degrees cooler near the shores of the Great Lakes.

Hot and humid air can also bring deteriorating air quality and can result in the Air Quality Health Index approaching the high risk category.

Drink plenty of water regularly, even before you feel thirsty to decrease your risk of dehydration. Thirst is not a good indicator of dehydration.

The health risks are greater for older adults, infants and young children, pregnant people, people with physical and/or mental illnesses, and people with disabilities or mobility issues.

Never leave people, particularly children, or pets inside a parked vehicle.

Watch for the effects of heat illness: swelling, rash, cramps, fainting, heat exhaustion, heat stroke and the worsening of some health conditions.

Heat stroke is a medical emergency! Call 911 or your local emergency number immediately if you or someone you are caring for has a high body temperature and is confused, has stopped sweating or becomes unconscious.

While waiting for help, cool the person right away: move them to a cool place, apply cold water to large areas of the skin and fan the person as much as possible.

We need rain here. The actual temperature outside now is 105°F. It’s too damn hot for me to go outside. Can’t breathe in the hot weather with this cancer, which sucks! Inside it’s 71°F. 😎

Well as it is just past midnight I actually can say good morning webrooters this time.

That is too hot for me as well @ProTruckDriver 
And @TripleHelix despite the record breaking rainfall we had here until not too long ago we could do with some more now actually surprising as it may sound.

Good morning Webrooters. It’s going to be another HOT Day today, in the 100’s again. It’s 6:30 am now and it’s already 83°F outside. The Atlantic Ocean water is heating up with this heat wave we are having. Perfect warm water for fueling hurricanes for this hurricane season which I don’t like. Have a great Sunday!

Wow, you guys have it hot! It’s getting hotter for us at the mo in the Uk but not as bad as you guys.
