+6Today is world pasta day. I may celebrate by making spaghetti for dinner tonight. I am allergic to wheat, so I have to use gluten free pasta, which just doesn’t hold up as well as regular, wheat based pasta. My favorite brand is barilla.

LOVE pasta. Agree that Lasagne is a great one. To be honest I’m not too fussed as I'll eat any pasta.
My wife has recently discovered Orzo (risoni) pasta which our daughter loves. It’s great in a dish where you can replace the rice for Orzo.
+4Carbonara all the way!! Lasagna is definitely up there as a favourite for me as well.
