I would recommend sending in a Support Ticket. When sending in a Support Ticket a Webroot Log is automatically sent, or call Support.

@Ania That message is for when you upload a file for submission. Sometimes it can fail. If you didn’t submit for a file or suspect there may be an issue thanProTruckDrive is correct to contact support.
You can right click the Webroot icon and save scan log and as long as it removed the threat and you are not experiencing issues, you should be fine.

The above is for Business users not Consumers, maybe you can tell us something about yourself like are you a Business Endpoint user or a Consumer user?
