I’ve got a question. I started my PC and this message poped up. Is it something I should worry about? I tried to remove a potential threat but it was impossible. It got stuck. I restarted my PC, scanned again and there was no such message anymore. I checked the console and it was fine. Could someone explain it? Is it false or sth?

I would recommend sending in a Support Ticket. When sending in a Support Ticket a Webroot Log is automatically sent, or call Support.

You can right click the Webroot icon and save scan log and as long as it removed the threat and you are not experiencing issues, you should be fine.

The above is for Business users not Consumers, maybe you can tell us something about yourself like are you a Business Endpoint user or a Consumer user?
