Note: If your Webroot program came from Best Buy, such as with the purchase of a new computer, you will need to contact Best Buy at 1-800-433-5778. You may request a copy of your keycode at any time by following these instructions.
- Go to http://www.webroot.com/updates/redownload/request. The Reinstall Software page opens on the Webroot Web site.
- From the Product field, click the down arrow and select the product you are using.
- In the next two fields, enter your last name and email address. Use the same email address and last name that you used to register your software.
- Place a checkmark in the box next to I need Webroot to email me my product keycode and complete installation instructions.
- Click Get Software.
