why wont webroot let me open anything I download....

What do you mean - Webroot won't let you open your downloads?

Could you give us some more information? What are these downloads?

Did WSA classify them as a malicious and show "blocking message" while you was trying to open them?

anything i download webroot wont let me open it it says failed, so what i did is unistalled webroot to see if that was the problem and after unistalling webroot my download open imm.

Remember that you have to download the software from the official websites

Can you post a link to what your trying to download? Also try to download this file http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/16.0.0.305/install_flash_player.exe and please let us know if it works.
