tabbtn.dll is a trojan program. Taking advantage of web browser vulnerability, it has successfully invaded many computers. Once a user visits a malicious site, the malware easily find ways to install itself. the virus will constantly displays warning messages and error messages which hinder victims from normal work and also scare victims into considering using the so-called register version to fix problems.

 

Does Webroot say you have a threat?

 

Please issue a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they can check this out for you.

 

I've done some research and I'm not sure if this is a trojan or not but do issue that support ticket ok? Some sites say it is and others say it's an error with the dll file.
