Do I take it that you have recently undertaken a 'pseudo' renewal, i.e., rather than adding time to your previously current subscription you have purchased a new one and therefore have entered & activated a new keycode?

 

If that is the case and the renewal is very recent it could be that the online console has not yet caught up with the change on the local client. You could try running a scan manually to see if that will 'nudge' the Cloud details to be updated and therefore reflected in the online console.
