I use a video streaming software package to cover live high school sports. About a week ago the program began to run VERY slowly to the point where it was inoperable and we were not able to intialize or complete an event anymore.
When I worked with the tech support for the individual software package they experimented with a couple of things, then TURNED OFF my Webroot protection. The software again began to work.
So my question is how do I get Webroot to play nice with a software program that I trust? Is there a way to "whitelist" or "exempt" the program?

If you Submit A Suport Ticket we will work with you to get the software whitelisted so that it wil be whitelisted for all of our other users as well.
