I can't access my account or do anything either in my program or on the website.  It won't accept my keycode or password even though I know it is the right one.

Is this a renewal of Webroot or did you purchase a new keycode instead? If you have a new keycode then you need to uninstall Webroot and use the new keycode. If you renewed with the same keycode then you don't need to insert old keycode.

 

Also is this a BestBuy purchase or Webroot? Here's the help site if you want to check it out here

 

Or you can Submit a Support Ticket and ask them to look into your keycode and see what the issue is.
