Hi webrootwood

Welcome to the Community Forums.

TweakBit PCCleaner is marketed as a PC performance optimizer that utilizes several techniques to attempt to increase the speed of the user's PC include registry tuning, but as such it is not malware-related.

As far as I am aware you can uninstall TweakBit PCCleaner from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.

Please post back if your experience is different to this.

Regards, Baldrick
