Questions about the notification problems

  1. Did you guys fix the problem where we'd get notifications telling us our Webroot and Windows Defender were turned off when they really weren't?
  2. If so, did the latest Windows update break it again?
The reason I'm asking is because I turned that feature off and haven't had a problem since. However, I'd like to turn it back on but ONLY if the issue is resolved.

Hi apostle92627,

1. In the bottom left of the desktop, search for Control Panel
2. Click on “System and Security”
3. Click on “Security and Maintenance”
4. On the left side menu click “Change Security and Maintenance settings”
5.Check the box for “Spyware and unwanted software protection” and “Virus Protection”
6. Click “OK”
7. Restart your computer.
