- Did you guys fix the problem where we'd get notifications telling us our Webroot and Windows Defender were turned off when they really weren't?
- If so, did the latest Windows update break it again?

Webroot has fixed this issue with these Webroot releases. And we haven't had any issues since. So I am sure you can turn that feature back on again.

1. In the bottom left of the desktop, search for Control Panel
2. Click on “System and Security”
3. Click on “Security and Maintenance”
4. On the left side menu click “Change Security and Maintenance settings”
5.Check the box for “Spyware and unwanted software protection” and “Virus Protection”
6. Click “OK”
7. Restart your computer.

I just wanted to report I haven't had any problems since turning the notifications on post update.
