I keep thinking I understand how to determine if a site is safe for me to visit or not... but I keep learning I know nothing.
So, my two part question is:
Is the issue that some/many webpages in the domain are very dangerous, but the primary page is not?
If I'm wrong, then please try to explain the discrepancy. PS, a few years ago it set off all sorts of "alarms" on my system so I won't go there anymore anyway.

Hello can you post the lines from the Scan log that shows that info? Also you can Submit a Change here: http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-reputation.php
Thanks,
Daniel ;)
Thanks,
Daniel ;)
We'll need pass this one along to BrightCloud to have it looked at.
It is common for the root domain to be clean but have infected pages on the domain, but I don't believe that is the case here.

I did hear back from BrightCloud and the reputation is being updated for that URL.

Thanks DanP.
I don't know which information is correct but it was one of the very few websites that set off alarms when visited. That was over a year ago but I am as cautious as I know how to be. (Being chicken is not ALWAYS a bad thing... :D)
