Why do I consistently get error messages when entering characters of key code for activation?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Would you be able to provde details of what error messages you are getting as this should enable us to identify the cause of the issue? And also when this error is occuring and where yo are in WSA?
In advance of this I just want to make sure that you know that the keycode is case sensitive and as a result if possible itis best, when entering it, to copy/paste it from any official notificaiton that you have received that includes it.
