Hi,

I noticed few days ago, that the “ADD PRODUCT KEYCODE”, in my consumer management console has been removed, but in the help menu still showing the same procedure for the mentioned button 🙄!!!


Any ideas how to add a new keycode in the same console?

I am wondering if this is related to my disappearance of my keycodes, and WSA on my MAC saying waiting for license? It seems to be working again though. 


I noticed this too - I can no longer add a new keycode which is really annoying!  I reached out to support who said they are aware but no timescale on fixing it!!


Since today, I am also trying to figure out the way to add my new keycode to my console, and haven’t yet found out. Any news on this?


Any resolution to this problem?  I have a new Keycode to add to my console.  A month is more than enough time to fix this problem.


Yes I’m seeing the same issue so it’s best if we all contact support and tell them! I just did! @TylerM
