I’ve been using the LassPass that is include with Webroot for some time. The other day I was using Edge and LassPass wasn’t installed. So I went to the Microsoft store and I got it and installed it. I entered my password and I thought all was good. Then I went back to Firefox. But now when I click on my vault or some other tasks, it sometimes asks me for a payment method. I don’t remember it doing that before. At that point I looked up how to install Lastpass for Webroot and I see you get it from your console. So I went there. And I followed the prompts and it said that Lastpass had change. I followed all the prompts and it was successful. Said Lastpass powered by Webroot. But I still get the payment prompt sometimes.
So how do I know if I have the version of LastPass for Webroot. I’ve looked all over the app, but I don’t see where it says Powered by Webroot any where. Should I see that somewhere?
Up in the right corner, it does show my email and underneath it says premium user.
Or is the payment prompt normal behavior?
