Hello CEM and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums.

Just be patience as the new Web Shield for 2014 is being rolled out slowly but be sure you are well protected with WSA and it still uses the 2013 Web Shield and the other many Shields built into WSA may I ask what Operating system and Browsers you use?

Cheers,

It works fine here. Note that the green check marks only work in HTTP search results.

For example, the green marks do not work in my Firefox google search results as the default search engine in Firefox is HTTPS Google. But works fine in IE as the Google there is in HTTP.

You could check whether there was any change in HTTP search page settings. Which browser/s are you using?

Hi Amit,
The only think I have changed, is installing "Trusteer Rapport" because my Bank recommand it to increase the security when connecting to use online service.

First check if the search(Google/Bing) result is in HTTP or HTTPS. If it's in HTTP and the green check marks still don't appear then I would suspect Trusteer Rapport to be the culprit. While I've never used the app, I've experienced lack of the green check marks in sandboxed environments like when using Sanboxie.

Note that Trusteer Rapport is not needed. WSA is more than enough.:)

Yes Trusteer Rapport is not necessary as WSA's Identity Shield protects more and also you have the added protection of the AV in WSA please read this page and at the Bottom is a good read: https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/agenthelp.asp?n=Managing_protected_websites also try http://www.google.com as it works fine and Amit is correct as the search Annotations only show up on HTTP searches but they are redesigning the Web Threat Shield for the 2014 product line and hopefully they can support HTTPS searches without braking the SSL protocol.

Thanks Amit and Daniel
I'm not sure that the problem is http or https.
I have only uninstalled "Trusteer Rapport" and then the evaluations are back:D

Hi Daniel,
The problem was the same with google and bing.
Thanks for the link, I'll try to use the added protection.

Bing works fine as they didn't go to HTTPS at this point.

@
Salut Daniel,
Thanks for your explanations !
What I don't understand is if  it's necessary to add the address  of the sensitive websites ?
Another question is why the default protection for http, facebook and twitter is not at the maximum ?

Hi Robert,

No it's not necessary to add sites to protection as all HTTPS is set to Max already but you can adjust HTTP, Facebook and Twitter higher if you like from default but they are also covered by HTTPS settings so there could be changes in future builds I guess Facebook & Twitter was HTTP at one point in time but I don't use Twitter or Facebook. My settings are all Maxed out under Identity Shield as I'm a lurker at those sites. ;)

Cordialement,

Daniel :)

So, like Mr Jourdain (in "Le Bourgeois gentilhomme" de Molière;http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Bourgeois_gentilhomme; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Bourgeois_gentilhomme ) who speaks prose without knowing it, I'm a lurker without knowing it:D

Hell that would explain why I have never seen those checkmarks.

Since all of my browsers are behind sandboxie.
