I am trying to reset my account password.  I use the forgot password option, but I never recieve an email with the reset info.

Have you checked your spam folder for this email? If it’s not there, then perhaps we have an incorrect email for you on file. Please contact our support team so that they can send you a new reset email: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/home-contact


Thank you all for your replies.  I  had a 25 minute wait on the phone, but was able to get my password reset with Weboot Support.
