I can’t login or reset password and have not received an email to reset the password. Webroot came with a laptop purchased at Best Buy. I tried to renew online and was billed 4 times. I have spoken with customer service and sales in an attempt to correct the problem. I purchased a new license from customer service and was sent an email that contained the download information. I have tried to download; I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. I have tried to logon for customer service only to be repeatedly logged out. I’m more than frustrated. Prior to all of this I held on line for over 45 minutes for a support tech.
I’m thinking it’s time to contact the Better Business Bureau.
