I need to modify my subscription. I have now left 3 messages with Sales, and no response whatever.
In addition, I raised a support ticket when the last DNS Threat Protection outage occurred, and have had no email response. Now 3 or 4 days.
Phone Tech Support response, however, is fast enough. But I’m concerned about what’s going on at Webroot where reaching sales is such a problem.
BTW have also left messages with Billing, and no callback from them either.
