Keycode not working

Hi,
I purchased the webroot software from bestbuy in november 2012,I tried installing it today but the keycode given on the back is not working,it's showing that key is not valid.
Please suggest.

That is what I thought: On the back of the package, if you also have a  Best Buy Serial Number that starts with WBR00 that would be a Best Buy Subscription Software copy.  As noted on the front, it is activated at the register at the time of sale.  If you have that Best Buy Serial Number on the back, you will need to call Best Buy at 1-800-433-5778 for assistance.
 
I am guessing that you recieved a free 6 month copy with the purchase of a new computer, but they can verify that when you call.  It might help if you have the WBR number as a reference when you call in.
