Hi Folks
In Protected Applications I have Firefox, IE (32) and IE (64). When I checked WSA to-day the two IE entries had been removed. I replaced them OK but have you any idea what could cause this?
System is Win 7 (64).

Hi Jim
OK, carried out the instructions. I see there is a slight difference in these instructions to the last time I went through this process.
Will let Support know if I have any further problems with the Protected Applications/Websites.
Thanks

Looking back at your support history, you reported another odd Protected Applications issue back in August. It looks like that was resolved with an uninstall/reinstall.

Have you used IE since reinstalling? If not, it may not have repopulated in the list.

Hi Jim
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have used both versions of IE. The list was populated a few days ago.
The last time it was the Protected Websites lists that "vanished".
Another curious one :8

I followed up with you via the support system with a suggested solution.  Please follow the advice provided there, and we'll see if that takes care of this going forward.
