Hi, I just renewed webroot SecureAnywhere Essentials and did a scan. It said I have a threat: calmain.exe in c:program filescanoncal and is W32.Trojan.Patched. Before I have Webroot get rid of it, I want to be sure it isn't software for my Canon camera which I connect to my computer every now and then. How can I be sure?
Thanks

Hello,
I would recommend that you create a support ticket with the Webroot support team so we can gather your scan logs and look into the files that we found to determine if they are good or bad for sure. Even if we quarantine the item you can always go into the quarantine tab under PC Security and restore the file if needed. We actually recommend never deleting items from quarantine in the case that its a false positive meaning its not really a threat.
