Webroot Threat Shield stopped working, could not connect. A complete wipe and reinstall helped but...

This happened twice.  I am having multiple issues with Webroot Complete, see other threads.  Is this common?

    Ill keep it in that thread, since I did the reinstall, and folder deletion.  Threat shield is working now, core is still bunged up. Refer to reply in other thread, delete this one if you like.
