This link mentions that Secure Anywhere Endpoint Protection can “Lock down ports and devices such as USB, CD and DVD Drives” - We’re looking to possibly wanting to lock down USB Storage devices from being access on our machines. How/where can I configure this in our Webroot Policy?

The ability to block usb storage isn't possible using Webroot. This feature is being looked at and tested in the business version, BUT that’s only in very early beta.

What they mean by “locking down” is simply the agent being able to scan upon access the devices. I’m not keen on the wording either.

Hope this helps

John
